Before Rider
Was a four-year letter winner in both indoor and outdoor track and field at Absegami High School...competed in sprint and hurdles...earned All-South Jersey honors in the 400m hurdles in both 2016 and 2017...was a three-time C.A.L. Champ...was an Old Grad nominee...won Best Female Athlete Award...also was a three-year member of the cross country team.
