- Finished 12^th in the 3,000-steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 12:38.12.
- Finished 73^rd at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a season-best time of 24:54.2.
- Ran a season-best 20:55.9 in the 5K at the Jasper Invitational.
- Ran a season-best 5:13.18 in the 1,500-meters at the Rider vs. Monmouth dual meet.
- Member of the MAAC All-Academic team.

2019-20
- MAAC All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll recipient
- Ran the 6K NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships in a PR of 23:38.1
- PR’d in the 5K Siena Cross Country Invite (20:28.6) to finish 28^th
- Finished 59^th at MAAC Cross Country Championships, completing the 6K course in 24:20.5
- Competed at MAAC Indoor Championships in the 3000m, posting a PR of 10:53.19

2018-19
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Posted a collegiate-best time of 12:38.09 in the 3,000 steeple chase at the Rider 5-Way Meet.
- Ran a college-best mile time of 5:25/75 At the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Ran a college-best 6K time of 25:45.2 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships. 

2017-18
- Ran a college-best time of 4:55.32 in the 1500 in the prelims at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Ran a college-best time of 2:26.28 in the 800 at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge.

Before Rider
Earned three varsity letter in cross country, three in indoor track and field and three in outdoor track and field at Sparta High School…captain of the cross country team as a senior…her top 5K time was 22:27…competed in the 800m and the 400m hurgles…was sixth at the NJSIAA Sectionals North 1- Group 2…earned first team All-County honors in the 800m…Second Team All-NKAC.
