2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Ran a college-best time of 5:22.18 in the 1500 at the Lions Invitational.
- Posted her season-best time of 5:53.73 in the one-mile run at the prelims of the MAAC Indoor Championships.

2016-17
- As a junior, ran a PR 22:57.6 in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
- Ran a PR 28:50.1 in the 6.15k at the Rider Invite.

2015-16
- Ran a 27:04.5 at the Lehigh’s Paul Short XC Invitational as a sophomore.
- Ran 27:56.1 at the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.
- Personal best of 5:57.34 in the mile at Monmouth’s Winter Open during the indoor season.
- During the outdoor season, ran a PR of 2:33.85 in the 800 at the TCNJ Lion’s Invitational.
- Ran a PR of 5:25.98 in the 1500 at the Widener Invitational.

2014-15
- Ran 30:29.1 at the 2014 MAAC Cross Country Championships.

Before Rider
Four-year letter winner for cross country at Cardinal McCarrick High School…All-Division and team captain…two-year letter winner for track and field, competing in the 800 and 1600…team captain…two-year letter winner for basketball as a guard…named Outstanding Student Athlete…class valedictorian.

Personal
Marketing and International Business double major…hobbies include longboarding, crafts and hanging out with friends…daughter of Ed and MaryAnn Downes.
