Biography

2022:
- CoSIDA Academic All-District 2 First Team honoree
- MAAC All-Academic Team recipient
- Started 52 of 53 games played, hitting .278 with a team-high 12 doubles and three triples to go along with two home runs
- Scored 23 runs (5th-Team) and drove in 29 runs (2nd-Team)
- Had 10 multi-hit games, including three performances with three hits
- Compiled eight games with multiple RBI’s, tied for the team lead
- Opened the season on a 14-game reached base streak, including a 13-game hitting streak to end the stretch (Feb. 18-Mar. 14)
- Went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI’s and two runs scored in a win over George Washington (Feb. 19)
- Went 3-for-4 with a double, four RBI’s and a run scored in a win over Morehead State (Mar. 13)
- Doubled twice and drove in three in a Game 2 win over Fairfield (Apr. 2)
- Went 3-for-3 with two RBI’s in Game 1 vs. Niagara (Apr. 10)
- Singled twice and drove in two in a win at Princeton (Apr. 27)
- Went 4-for-6 in a doubleheader split with Monmouth (May 4), including a 3-for-3 effort in a Game 2 win

2021:

- An All-MAAC First Team pick along with Elena Gonzalez, giving Rider multiple All-League First Team honorees for the first time since 2004
- Hit a team-best .415 (39-for-94), good for second in the MAAC
- Her 37 hits ranked seventh in the league, while her .574 slugging percentage ranked seventh and her .451 on-base percentage was eighth
- Her nine doubles tied for most on the team and were seventh in the league
- Drove in 22 runs, good for second on the team
- Had 12 multi-hit games, including a stretch of five-straight (Apr. 14-18)
- Posted a 16-game hitting streak (Mar. 20-Apr. 23)
- Hit safely in 26 of 31 games played
- Reached safely in each of her first 17 games of the season
- Drove in four in a series-opening win over Niagara (Mar. 26)
- MAAC All-Academic Team honoree

2020:

- Started all 13 games before the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19
- Hit .303 (10-for-33) with three doubles, a home run, four RBI’s and three runs scored
- Had three multi-hit games, including a 2-for-3 effort in the season opener against Central Connecticut (Feb. 21)
- Contributed two doubles at Tennessee State (Feb. 23)
- Went 2-for-2 at Georgia State (Feb. 29)
- MAAC All-Academic Team honoree

2019:
- Led the team with 12 doubles, while finishing second with 14 runs scored, 40 hits, 52 total bases, a .256 batting average and a pair of stolen bases
- Her 11 RBI’s were third-most on the team
- Started 53-of-54 games in the outfield, entering the 54th game immediately following the first pitch to allow an injured Amanda Jordan to start on Senior Day
- Finished the year on a season-long seven-game hitting streak (Apr. 29-May 4)
- Also reached base safely in eight-straight games (Apr. 7-17), the second-longest streak of the year

Before Rider:
Three-time All-League selection at Claremont High School… Maintained a .483 batting average… Was named Team MVP and First Team All-Academic as a junior, while also earning Offensive Player of the Year in 2016… Collected the Coaches Award in 2015… Four-year varsity starter at Claremont… Also played club ball for American Pastime Gold.

Personal:
The daughter of Tricia and Rick Moreno… Has two older siblings – brother, Miles, and sister, Kiana... Majoring in criminal justice.
