Biography

2025:
- CSC Academic All-District honoree
- MAAC All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll recipient
- MAAC All-Championship Team honoree
- MAAC Pitcher of the Week (Apr. 15)
- Led the Broncs with 13 wins (8th-MAAC), a 2.25 ERA (3rd-MAAC), a .207 opponents’ batting average (3rd-MAAC) and 140 strikeouts (5th-MAAC) in a team-high 152.1 innings pitched (7th-MAAC)
- Allowed just one unearned run over 21.2 innings pitched, striking out 18 and earning two wins in the MAAC Championships
- Included in her production at the MAAC Championships was the first no hitter in league tournament action since Fairfield's Destinee Pallotto clinched the title for the Stags in the 2017 championship round
- Groskritz struck out a career-high 11 batters, limiting Fairfield to just two walks without allowing a hit in the Broncs’ second seven-inning no hitter in a 15-day span following more than 25 years without the program accomplishing the feat (Kathryn Schmierer vs. Morgan State, Apr. 23)
- Pitched a team-high 19 complete games, including eight shutouts, while also recording one save
- Also struck out 11 in a complete-game one hitter against Merrimack (Apr. 13)
- Finished the year with five double-digit strikeout efforts, sitting down 10 batters each vs. UMass (Feb. 21), Central Connecticut (Mar. 4) and Mount St. Mary’s (Apr. 9)
- Hurled complete-game shutouts vs. UMass (Feb. 21), Georgia Southern (Mar. 9), Penn (Mar. 11), Mount St. Mary’s (Apr. 9), Morgan State (Apr. 23), Manhattan (May 2), Quinnipiac (May 7) and Fairfield (May 8)
- Twice pitched the first 7.0 innings scoreless in games that went to extra innings – at Delaware (Mar. 18) and vs. Marist (May 10)

2024:
- CSC Academic All-District honoree
- MAAC All-Academic Team and MAAC Academic Honor Roll recipient
- Led the Broncs in appearances (25), starts (18), wins (8), complete games (6), saves (3), innings pitched (101.2) and strikeouts (75), while finishing second in ERA (3.10)
- Pitched a complete-game, five-hit shutout, striking out four to defeat Kansas City (Mar. 10)
- Recorded her second complete-game shutout of the year, striking out a season-high 10 while allowing just two hits and three walks to defeat Army West Point (Mar. 16)
- The remaining six wins came in conference play, including the victory in four-straight appearances to close the regular season against Fairfield (Apr. 21), Mount St. Mary’s (Apr. 23), Niagara (Apr. 26) and Quinnipiac (May 4)

- Missed the season due to injury

2022:

- MAAC All-Academic Team honoree
- Posted team highs in wins (8), appearances (27), starts (22), complete games (12), shutouts (4) and innings pitched (121.2)
- Posted a 2.59 ERA
- Earned MAAC Pitcher of the Week on Mar. 22, posting a 0.95 ERA over 14.2 innings pitched, including 13.2 innings with two earned runs against Penn State (Mar. 18, Mar. 20)
- Won three consecutive starts against Wagner (Mar. 22), Lafayette (Mar. 30) and Fairfield (Apr. 2), including complete-game shutouts against the Leopards and Stags
- Had a season-high nine strikeouts twice (Mar. 5 vs. Bryant, Apr. 2 vs. Fairfield)
- Pitched a complete-game, one-hit shutout against Niagara (Apr. 10) and followed it up with another complete-game shutout at Fairleigh Dickinson (Apr. 13)

2021:

- Named to MAAC All-Rookie Team
- Posted a 7-6 record with a team-best 2.71 earned run average with 67 strikeouts in 85.1 innings pitched
- Started 14 of 19 appearances as the Broncs’ typical Game 2 starting pitcher and had seven complete games
- Earned the win in her collegiate debut, pitching 2.2 innings without allowing an earned run against Quinnipiac (Mar. 21)
- Pitched a complete-game shutout in her first-career start, scattering four hits and four walks, while striking out two and shutting out Siena (Apr. 3)
- Picked up another win over the Saints in relief the next day, pitching 2.2 no-hit innings, limiting the Saints to two walks, while striking out two
- Struck out a season-high seven batters in 7.0 innings to defeat MAAC Regular Season Champion Monmouth (Apr. 28), limiting the Hawks to just one run
- Defeated Canisius in the first game of the Broncs’ MAAC Tournament series (May 8), allowing just three unearned runs, while matching her season high with seven strikeouts

Before Rider:
A three-time all-conference selection at Granby Memorial High School… Was a junior All-Select Team nominee, while being named Team MVP while captaining her team as a junior… Also won the Coaches Award as a sophomore… An all-around athlete, she was also a four-year letter winner in soccer, contributing to a State Championship as a sophomore and two conference championships.

Personal:
The daughter of Mary and Peter Groskritz… Has an older sister, Samantha, and an older brother, William… sister, Samantha, played softball at Southern Connecticut State University… a human resource management major.
