At Rider:
Mathematics major…as a sophomore during the 2014 cross country season, ran 28:37.20 at the MAAC Championships on the 8k course, missing a season-best time by four seconds...as a rookie placed 53rd at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (Open) in 27:15…in his first 5 mile cross country race clocked a 29:09 at Van Cortlandt Park in the Fordham Fiasco…placed 29th (29:14) at the Monmouth Invitational at Holmdel Park...during the 2013-14 indoor track season, ran the mile in 4:50.79 at Monmouth, had a top time of 9:36.03 in the 3000 meter at the Saturday Shootout in New York and ran a personal best 16:54.03 in the 5000 meter at the Metro Atlantc Athletic Conference Indoor Championships...ran a season-best 4:29.51 in the 1500 meter at the Greyhound Invitational during the 2014 outdoor season.

At Old Bridge High School:
Four-year member of the cross country team and lettered as a senior…All-Red Division honoree…Star Ledger and Middlesex County Third Team honors…team was Greater Middlesex Conference (GMC) Champions…ran the 5k in 16:51 at a meet hosted by Delsea High School...ran indoor track for four years, earning two varsity letters competing in the 1600 and 3200…team won the GMC Indoor Championship…four seasons running outdoor track and lettered twice, competing in the 1600, 3200 and 5k…ran the 1600 in 4:43 and the 5k in 16:11…personal: son of Richard and Kathleen Dufresne.
