· Ran a PR 27:06 in the 8k at the Rider Invite.
2015-16
· At the Lehigh XC Paul Short, ran a PR in the 8k (27:14.8).
· At the Monmouth Indoor Winter Collegiate Open had a PR in the 3000 (9:10.51).
· At the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, ran a PR in the 5000 (15:48.27).
· At the Army 5 Way Meet was fifth in the 5000 (16:24.01).
· At the Lions Outdoor Invitational ran a PR in the 1500 (4:28.99).
2014-15
· Opened his sophomore season with a 21st place finish at the 2014 tri-meet against TCNJ and Saint Joseph's, covering the 5k course in 16:39.
· Ran 28:59.30 at the 2014 MAAC XC Championships, covering the 8k course in 28:59.30.
· Best 8k time of the XC season was at Princeton (27:40).
· At the MAAC Indoor Championships ran a PR in the 5000 (16:04.23).
2013-14
· As a Rider rookie, ran 29:03.20 at the 2013 MAAC XC Championships.
· During the 2013-14 indoor season, ran the mile in 4:49.64 at the Monmouth Open.
· Ran the 3000 meter in 9:16.66 at the Saturday Shootout in New York.
· During the 2014 outdoor season, took seventh at the VCU Ram Invite in the 5000 meter (16:08.81).
· Ran 4:32.73 at the Greyhound Outdoor Invitational in the 3000 meter.
