- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that earned All-East honors thanks to a seventh-place finish at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that came in fourth-place at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that finished fourth at the MAAC Indoor Championships.

2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that came in 12th at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that finished seventh at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 that won at the Rider Invitational.
- Ran a college-best 800 time of 2:18.55 in the prelims of the MAAC Indoor Championships.

2016-17
- Competed in the 400, 800, 1,000 and 400m hurdles as a freshman.
- Ran a season-best time of 1:05.47 in the 400m at a dual meet versus TCNJ.
- Her top time of the season in the 400m hurdles came at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.

Before Rider
Four-year letter winner in outdoor track as a sprinter at Mother Seton High School…set school records in the 400 hurdles (1:08.49), 4x400 relay, and distance medley relay…won 800m at the East Brunswick Invitational, finished fifth at the NJSIAA State Sectionals, and placed sixth in the DMR and 4x400 relay at the Husky Relays as well as in the 400 hurdles at the Mustang Invitational…won Team MVP award after junior and senior seasons…two-year letter winner in indoor track as a sprinter…set school records in the 400m (1:04.09), 600m (1:48.45), 1000m (3:24.64), and 55 hurdles (10.69)…finished sixth and medaled in the NJSIAA state relays as a junior…won Team MVP as a junior…captain as a junior and senior…four-year letter winner in soccer, playing every position except goalie…2014 and 2015 Won Offensive Player Award as a sophomore, junior, and senior, captain as a senior…Greater Middlesex Conference Girls' Soccer Division All-Star Team…GMC Athlete of the Week as a senior…GMC Scholar Athlete as a freshman.

Majoring in Chemistry with a business of sports minor…daughter of David and Cheryl Ward... older sister Keriann, younger brother Christopher…hobbies include drawing and collecting sea shells.
