Biography
At Rider:
as a junior was on the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic Team... finished 21st in the 5000m at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 16:22.02, finished 23rd in 16:53.10 at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Classic, finished 131st at the Fordham Fiasco...as a sophomore, won the 5000m (16:08.38) to help secure first place for Rider at the Rider Invitational...as a freshman, at the Larry Ellis Memorial Invitational finished 31st in the 1500m (4:21.32).
At Bristol High School:
Won Most Dedicated for Cross Country and Track and Field...ran the 1500m in 4:20, which converts to a 4:36 mile...also lettered in golf, had a hole in one on a 169 yard par 3 (inducted into the Hall of Fame for that shot)...Father is a Rider Grad...Personal: son of Kevin and Donna Frake, has three siblings, Kaitlyn, Alex and Gabby.
