At Rider:
Business Administration major…has run the 1500m outdoor in 4:01.96, the mile indoor in 4:21.91, the 3,000m indoor in 8:50.51, the 5,000m indoor in 15:16.05 and the 3,000m steeplechase in 9:11.96…placed third in the steeplechase at the MAAC Championships the last two years in a row…was 10th in the MAAC 1500 last spring…clocked a 9:32 in the steeplechase at the IC4A Championships…placed 35th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships last fall in 27:24...as a sophomore finished 70th at the MAAC Championships with a time of 26:54.58…during the 2012-13 Indoor season was part of the 4x800 relay team at the TCNJ Duel that finished first with a time of 8:14.92 and finished second in the mile with a time of 4:24.28…during the 2013 outdoor season was third in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:50.26 at the Lafayette Invitational…was 26th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:28.77 at the Larry Ellis Invitational...as a freshman, finished 13th in the 3000m at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships...finished eighth in the 5000m at the Rider invitational...finished 15th in the 1500m at the Greyhound Invitational...finished 20th in the 5000m at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
