2016-17
- Competed in the 400m, 500m, 600m and 400m hurdles for the Broncs.
- Was part of the 4x400 relay that finished second at the Spartan Regional Invite.
- Her top 400m time of the year (1:04.43) came at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- During the outdoor campaign, her best 400m hurdle time (1:08.66) came at the Chester Quarry Classic.
Before Rider
Was a three-year letter winner in outdoor track as a hurdler and a sprinter at North Rockland High School…took sixth-place in the New Balance Nationals shuttle hurdle relay…two-year letter winner in indoor track as a hurdler and sprinter, where she took fifth in the New Balance Nationals shuttle hurdle relay…four-year letter winner in soccer as a back…two-time state finalist and Section I and Regional champion…Rockland County All-League and All-Section.
