Coach Fletcher on Mike Tubb:
Mike has an obvious passion for the sport of swimming. His leadership has been critical to building the athletic success of our team but also in supporting the type of athlete-specific coaching that builds positive coach-athlete relationships and makes Rider’s program unique. He is extremely knowledgeable but remains a student of the sport, and is involved in every aspect of our program’s operation.
