At Rider:
Business Education major...as a junior, named to the MAAC All-Academic team...swam lifetime bests at the 2012 MAAC Championships in the 50 Free (22.44), 100 Free (49.30), and 200 Free (1:51.25)...as a sophomore, recorded his best times at the 2011 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference in the 50 freestyle (23.04), 100 free (50.72) and 200 free (1:53.82)...as a freshman, put up some of his best times in the 100 free (53.81), 200 free (2:03.89), and 500 free (5:44.98) in a meet against instate Big East Seton Hall...
At Toms River High School East:
Three-year varsity letterwinner...placed at the New Jersey State Championships and was an All Shore First Team honoree...hobbies include snowboarding and long boarding...works as Ortley beach as a lifeguard...Personal: son of Gary Mahana and Nancy Clyde.
