Before Rider:
Four-year letterwinner, helping Avonworth to a State Championship and two district titles… Collected a program-record 137 career hits, hitting .553 as a senior… Four-time All-Section honoree… Selected to play in the Western PA All-Star Game… Won the team gold glove award and was voted team MVP… Also played for Steel City Athletics 18U Hilligsberg and Pittsburgh Passion Kuban… Also played basketball in high school.

Personal:
Daughter of Kirsten and Scott Savatt… A marketing and sports management major… Has a younger sister, Lexie… Father, Scott, played football at Shippensburg.
