Biography

At Rider:
Psychology major...three-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree...started all 193 games in her Rider career and graduates with 147 hits, tied for 23rd best all-time…had 10 multiple hit games as a senior…had a seven-game hitting streak from April 15-21, 2015, batting .435 (10/23)…second on the team in batting average (.326) and had 45 hits…was also second in RBI (23) and fourth on the squad with six doubles…only nine errors in 192 chances for a .953 fielding percentage at shortstop and her career fielding percentage was .942…batted .322 in MAAC play with 19 hits…helped the Broncs defeat Niagara in MAAC play on May 2, 2015 with a four for four game, adding two RBI and a double…also had four hits and added three RBI in a win against Norfolk State on March 15, 2015…had three hits in a win over Hartford on March 7, 2015 and three hits at Saint Peter’s on April 19 in a conference win…played in and started 43 games as a junior, all at shortstop and made only nine errors in 173 chances…second highest batting average in conference play (.326)…third on the team with six doubles and fourth with 11 RBI…recorded career-hit number 100 at Canisius on April 26, 2014, the 47th Rider softball player to reach that plateau…had a six-game hitting streak during the 2014 season and finished the year on a separate five-game hitting streak...played all 49 games as a sophomore and compiled 30 hits with a team-high eight doubles...started all 54 games as a rookie, one of only two Broncs to start every game...led the team in triples...third on the team in runs scored and fourth in runs batted in...led the team in doubles in conference play...had three hits, including a triple and drove in three runs in a MAAC game against Marist.

At Cherokee High School:
Three-year letterwinner for softball…two-time South Jersey and First Team All-Conference honoree…played on the Burlington County Carpenter Cup squad as a junior…senior Female Student-Athlete award winner, presented by USMC...three-year letterwinner for soccer (goalie) and also lettered in basketball, earning Second Team All-Conference honors...class President all four years...Student Council Vice-President as a senior...Golden Chief award (embodies Cherokee's values)...Teen Excellence Award from the Burlington County Times...daughter of Angela McCool.
