2018-19
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Individual qualifier in the 1500 in the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
- Finished in second-place and earned a silver medal in the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the DMR that earned All-East honors with a fifth-place finish at the IC4A Indoor Championships.
- Finished fourth in the mile run with a time of 4:14.64 at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that finished second overall and earned a silver medal at the MAAC Indoor Championships. 

2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Part of the 4x1500 relay finished second at the Colonial Relay and set a new Rider record.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that earned All-East honors with a sixth-place finish (7:37.10) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
- Finished sixth in the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:53.07.
- Was part of the 4x800 relay that earned a bronze medal with a third-place finish at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Finished fifth in the mile run at the MAAC Indoor Championships. 
- Won three events at the Spartan Invite during indoor season (mile run, 4x800 relay & distance medley relay).

2016-17
- MAAC Outdoor Finalist- 1500 and 3000 steeple
- IC4A Outdoor Finalist- 1500
- MAAC Indoor Finalist- 3000 and 5000
- Finished 15th in DMR at IC4A Indoor.
- Finished 38th at MAAC Cross Country Championships
- Ran a 32:17.9 in the 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships
- Won and ran a PR 15:39.9 in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
- Ran the eighth-fastest time in Rider history with a time of 3:53.37.
- Has the 10th-fastest 3,000m time at 8:29.84.

2015-16
- Ran 26:42.10 at the IC4A championships, placing 30th in the 5k race
- Ran 32:49.40 and finished 92nd at the NCAA Regional XC 10k race
- Finished 29th at the 8k Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship, running 24:52.60.
- At the Rutgers Invitational during the indoor season, part of the 4x8 relay that was second (8:03.14).
- At the Spartan Regional Indoor Invite was second in the 3000 meter (8:44.05).
- At the TCNJ Dual Indoor Meet was second in the mile (4:21.98).
- At the Rider Outdoor Invite, was second in the 3000 steeplechase (9:47.39).
- At the Lions Outdoor Invitational won the 1500 (3:59.53).

2014-15
- Sixth in his first collegiate cross countrt meet against TCNJ and Saint Joseph's (16:15).
- Top 50 finish (49th) at the 2014 MAAC Cross Country Championships, running the 8k course in 26:53.60.
- Had a top 100 finish (97th) at the NCAA Regional, running the 10k in a time of 32:45.50.
- Ran a 4:25.12 mile at Army (indoor), placing sixth and helped the 4x8 relay finish third (8:33.59) in the same meet.
- Ran on the second place DMR at the NYC Gotham Cup (10:21.92).
- At the Lions Invitational during the 2015 outdoor season, ran the 1500 in 4:10.29.

Before Rider
Had personal bests of 4:20.54 in the 1600 meter and 9:29.13 in the 3200 meter while attending Gaithersburg High School…his best 5000 meter cross country time was 15:54.50 and he was the Maryland 4A State Cross Country runner-up…second in both the 1600 meter and 3200 meter at the 2014 MPSSAA 4A West Region Championship.
