2017-18
- Earned a bronze medal with a third-place finish in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 9:26.19 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Came in 20th in the 5,000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships. 
- Won the 3,000 steeplechase at the Rider Five-Way Meet.
- Finished second in the mile run in a dual meet with TCNJ.

2016-17
- Ran a PR 16:03.3 and finished 9th in the 8k at the Rider Invite.
- Finished fourth in the 3000 Steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Came in eighth in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Was an ECAC / IC4A outdoor individual qualifier in the 3000 Steeplechase.

2015-16
- Ran the 8k in 24:55.40 at the 2015 MAAC Cross Country Championships.
- Ran the 10k in 33:51 at the 2015 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
- Helped the 4x8 relay finish runner-up at Rutgers (8:03.14) during the 2015-16 indoor season and ran the mile in 4:31.52 in the same meet.
- Missed most of the indoor season and all of the outdoor season with an illness.

2014-15
- Finished 38th in a time of 26:36.40 at the 2014 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.
- Placed fifth in the 3000 meter during the indoor season at Army with a time of 8:52.05.
- Ran the mile in 4:30.93 at the NYC Gotham Cup.
- Ran 4:27.88 in the mile at the TCNJ Dual.
-  Fifth in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the 2015 MAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:17.13.

2013-14
- Placed 19th (28:17) at the Monmouth Cross Country Invitational.
- Ran the 8k in 26:22.50 at the Princeton Invitational.
- Ran the 3000 in 8:47.53 at Boston's John Terrier Indoor.
- Helped the 4x8 relay place runner-up in 8:16.07 at the TCNJ Dual and ran a 4:30.27 indoor mile in the same meet.
-  Sixth in the steeplechase (9:33.39) and 18th in the 5,000 meter (15:57.71) at the 2014 MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Ran 4:09.26 in the 1500 meter at the Rider Invitational.
- Won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Greyhound Invitational in 9:37.91.

Before Rider
Four-year letter winner for cross country, running the 5k at East Meadow High School…team captain…All-County…personal best was 16:38…four-year letter winner for track and field, competing in the 3000m steeplechase, 1600m and 3200m…was the county champion in the steeplechase…personal best of 9:44 (SC), 4:27 (1600m) and 9:35 (3200m).

Personal
Marketing and Sports Management double major…interned for the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League in the summer of 2016..son of Adam and Stacey Kaufmann, younger brother Daniel.
