2017-18
- Named the MAAC Men’s Track Performer of the Week for the first time in his career during the outdoor season.
- Earned All-East honors as part of the 4x800 relay that came in sixth with a time of 7:37.10 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
- Landed in fourth in the 800 (1:52.34) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- He was part of the 4x1500 relay that finished second at the Colonial Relays with a program record time of 16:10.75.
- Won the 800 at the Rider Five-Way Meet during the outdoor season.
- Finished fifth in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Won the mile run in a dual meet with TCNJ.

2016-17
- Finished 34th at the BLE/GOLD Invitational hosted by TCNJ
- Ran a PR 16:42.2 in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
- Ran a PR 26:40 in the 8k at Lehigh's Paul Short Run.
- Finished 90th at the Rider XC Invite
- Finished 82 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:13.35.
- Ran the ninth-fastest time in program history in the 800 (1:53.79).
- Was part of the 4x800 relay that set a new Rider record with a time 7:32.83.

2015-16
- Ran 26:45.50 at the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.
- Was sixth in the DMR (10:27.28) at the 2016 MAAC Track and Field Indoor Championships.
- Helped the 4x8 relay finish runner up (8:03.14) at Rutgers.
- Season-best (2:35.55) in the 1000 at the NYC Gotham Cup.
- Third in the 1000 (2:36.79) at Princeton’s New Year’s Invitational.
- Ran the mile in 4:25.95 in Rider’s dual vs. TCNJ, placing fifth.
- At the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships was part of the winning 4x8 relay (7:46.85).
- At the IC4A/ECAC Championships was part of the second place 4x8 relay (7:40.58).

2014-15
- Was ninth in the 1000 at the Princeton New Year’s Invitational with a time of 2:42.81 during the 2014-15 indoor season.
- Ran the 800 in 2:00.32 at TCNJ during the 2015 outdoor season.

BEFORE RIDER
Attended Bloomfield High School…four-year letter winner for track and field running the distance events…First Team All-County in the 800 during the 2014 season…best 800 meter time of 1:57

PERSONAL
Health Science major with a Sports Studies and Psychology minor… plays the piano and percussion instruments…summer job lifeguarding…son of Carmen and Patricia Ardino…older sister Megan.
