Biography

2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Won the 1000 at the Spartan Invite.
- Came in 79th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.

2016-17
- PR 32:41.3 in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.
- PR 25:02.7 in the 8K at the Princeton Invite.
- Ran a then-PR 25:32.5 in the 8k at the Rider Invite.
- Finished 7th (15:58.3) in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
- Ran a college-best time of 4:24.34 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational during the indoor season.
- Set a new PR in the 3000 with a  time of 9:03.52 to finish fourth in a dual meet versus TCNJ.

2015-16
- Finished 39th in the 8k at Lehigh’s Paul Short XC Invitational with a time of 25:46.60.
- Ran 25:51.80 to finish 79th at the 2015 MAAC Cross Country Championships.
- Ran 34:32.40 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional in the 10k.
- Helped the 4x8 relay finish second at Rutgers with a time of 8:03.14 during the indoor season.
- Ran 4:27.68 in the mile at the 2015-16 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
- Ran the 4x8 relay that placed fourth at the Rider Invitational with a time of 8:16.20.
- PR at the TCNJ Lions Invitational in the 800 (2:00.11).

2014-15
- Best cross country 8K time of 26:59 at Princeton.
- Placed 85th at the 2014 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:39.80.
- During the 2014-15 indoor season, helped the 4x8 relay finish third at Army with a time of 8:33.59.
- Ran a 4:43.10 time in the mile at the TCNJ dual.
- Ran 4:02.16 in the 1500 meter at the 2015 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Before Rider
Ran cross country (5k) and track, competing in the 800, 1600, 3200 and 4x800 relay at Colts Neck High School…competed at the 2014 New Balance Outdoor Nationals

Majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology…hobbies include playing the drums, running and surfing…son of Richard and Elizabeth Pinnola, brothers Richard and Brenden, sister Ally.
