- Earned All-East honors and a silver medal as a member of the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
- IC4A Qualifier in the 800-meters.
- Earned a gold medal at the MAAC Outdoor Championships as a member of the 4x800 relay team.
- Finished seventh in the 800-meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:54.15.
- Ran a collegiate-best 1:52.03 in the 800-meters at the IC4A Championships, 10^th-fastest in program history.
- Ran a season-best 3:57.05 in the 1,500-meters at the Rider 5-way.
- Member of the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Member of the 4x800 relay team that ran the fourth-fastest time in program history (7:32.52) at the Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational.

2019-20
- Won gold with the 4x800 relay team and finished 4^th in the 800 at MAAC Indoor Championships
- Was 1^st in the prelims at IC4A Indoor Championships in the 1000, finishing in a PR of 2:25.11, before finishing 4^th in the finals
- Took 2^nd in the 1000 at the UAlbany Winter Classic
- Contributed to the 2^nd-place DMR team and established PR of 1:53.36 in the 800 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic
- Finished 3^rd in the 800 at the NYC Gotham Cup
- Took 3^rd in the 1000 and contributed to the 4^th-place DMR team at the Spartan Invite
- Established a PR at the 5 mile Henry Mercer Monmouth University Cross Country Invitational, finishing in 29:26.0
- Also PR’d in the 8K Paul Short Run, finishing in 27:27.7
- MAAC All-Academic Team honoree

2018-19
- Finished ninth in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that came in second-place to earn a silver medal at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Ran a season-best time of 1:54.49 in the 800 at the Widener Invitational.
- Competed as part of the 4x800 relay at the IC4A Indoor Championships.
- Finished ninth in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:39.6 at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational.

Transferred to Rider from Middlesex County College after attending Bishop George Ahr High School.
