th in the 5,000-meters at the MAAC Championships with a collegiate-best time of 15:43.03.
- Finished 76
th at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a collegiate-best time of 27:37.6.
- Ran a collegiate-best time of 27:24.7 in the 7.6K at the Jasper Invitational.
- Ran a collegiate-best time of 4:13.27 in the 1,500-meters at the Rider vs. Monmouth dual meet.
- Member of the MAAC All-Academic Team.
2019-20
- Finished the 5 mile Henry Mercer Monmouth University Invite in a PR of 29:27.7
- PR’d at the 8K Princeton Cross Country Invitational in 29:16.2
- Part of the silver-medal winning DMR at the NYC Gotham Cup
- PR’d in the 3000 at the Spartan Invite, finishing in 9:29.95
- Set a PR in the mile at the Villanova Invitational, finishing in 4:33.30
BEFORE RIDER
Was a member of the varsity cross country, outdoor track and basketball teams at Lee's Summit North High School...for cross country he was a three-time sectional qualifier and a one-time state qualifier...in outdoor track, his team capture the 2018 state championship and finished as runner up in the state in 2019...he was also a state qualifier as part of the 4x400 relay as a senior.Â
