BEFORE RIDER
Was a three-year varsity letter winner in cross country and track and field at New Brunswick High School...in cross country he was a three-year captain and named the team's MVP three times...his fastest 5K time was 17:08...in track and field he was also a three-year captain and earned MVP honors from the team and the squad's Coaches Award. 

PERSONAL
Son of Marcelino Lopez and Juana Gonzalez...plays the violin...was a member of the National Honor Society...member of the Tri-M National Honor Society...NJ Seal of Biliterary...recipient of the Dune Foundation Scholarschip...is the oldest of four siblings...has two brothers and one sister...plans to major in computer science with a minor in physics.
