2021-22
- Finished 88th with a personal-best time of 27:22.6 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.
- Posted a personal-best 4:13.97 in the 1,500-meters at the Rider Invitational.
- Posterd a personal-best 11:22.22 in the 3,000-steeplechase at the Lions Invitational.
- Posted a season-best 4:42.17 in the mile at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational.
2020-21
- Member of the 2020-21 track & field and cross country teams.
- Member of the MAAC All-Academic team.
2019-20
- Set a PR of 9:00.37 in the 3000 at the NYC Gotham Cup
- Also established a PR of 4:28.60 in the mile at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic
- PR’d at the 8K MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing in 29:38.2
- Established a PR of 30:29.6 in the 5 mile Henry Mercer Monmouth University Cross Country Invitational
BEFORE RIDER
Was a three-year member of both the varsity cross country and track and field teams at Howell High School…earn the team’s Most Dedicated Award…was a team captain as a senior.

Son of Antoinette Nicholasi...has two younger brothers…hobbies include music and art…plans to major in graphic design and computer science…member of the National Honor Society.
