Secondary Education/History major…two-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track.
2015-16
· Ran the 2015 IC4A Cross Country championships in 28:31.50.
· Finished the 8k Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference XC championships in 26:44.50, good for 117th place.
· Ran the 5k at TCNJ in 17:22.
· TCNJ v. Rider Indoor Dual Meet, ran the 3000 in a PR of 9:18.86.
· At the NYC Gotham Cup, ran the indoor mile in a PR of 4:38.51.
· At the Chester Quarry Classic, ran the outdoor 1500 in a PR of 4:17.57.
· At the Widener Outdoor Invitational ran the 5000 in a PR of 16:17.43.
2014-15
· Ran the 8k course in 29:32.13 at the 2014 MAAC Cross Country Championships.
· Ran the 5000 (indoor) at Army in 16:20.43 placing fourth.
· At the Indoor MAAC Championships, ran the 3000 in 9:30.98.
· At MAACs during the 2015 outdoor season ran the 5000 in 16:55.37.
2013-14
· Ran a 5k race in 17:07 against TCNJ and Saint Joseph’s for XC.
· In his first 5 mile cross country race clocked a 29:38 at Van Cortlandt Park in the Fordham Fiasco.
· Finished 35th in 30:17 at Holmdel Park in the Monmouth XC Invitational.
· Placed 68th at the Princeton Cross Country Invitational (Open) in 28:05.
· Season-best time of 4:50.79 in the mile at the 2013-14 MAAC Indoor Championships.
· Ran 9:35.39 in the 3000 meter at the Saturday Night Shootout in New York.
· Ran the 1500 meter in 4:26.46 at the Greyhound Outdoor Invitational.
At South Brunswick High School:
Two-year letterwinner for cross country, earning All-Greater Middlesex County (GMC) Third Team honors as a senior…2012 team MVP…two-year letterwinner for winter track in the distance events…three-year letterwinner for outdoor track in the distance events...team won the Group IV championship in both the winter and spring seasons…plays the trumpet…personal: son of Ronald and Lisa DeFroscia.
