2018-19
- Was an IC4A individual qualifier in the 800 during the outdoor season.
- Finished 12th in the 800 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
- Came in fifth-place in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Ran a college-best time of 3:55.43 in the 1500 to finish in third-place at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the DMR that earned All-East honors with a fifth-place finish at the IC4A Indoor Championships.
- Ran a college-best time of 4:15.77 in the mile run to finish seventh at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that earned a silver medal thanks to a second-place finish at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Finished 27th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.
- Finished 64th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic team.

2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that earned All-East honors at the IC4A Outdoor Championships.
- Finished eighth in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:56.01.
- Part of the 4x1500 relay that came in second and set a new Rider record at the Colonial Relays.
- Part of the 4x800 relay that earned a bronze medal with a third-place finish at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Finished 43rd at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.

2016-17
- In first collegiate race, ran a 17:42.4 in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
- During the indoor season, ran is fastest time in the 800 (2:00.00) at the NYC Gotham Cup.
- Finished fifth and ran his fastest time of the outdoor season at the MAAC Championships (1:54.32).
- Was part of the 4x800 that finished third to earn All-East honors at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships.

Before Rider
Three-year letter winner indoor track competing in the 800 and 4x400 relay (anchor leg) at Cinnaminson High School… track MVP as a junior year 800 meter…indoor school record holder in the 800 (1:57.6)…three-year letterwinner for outdoor track competing in the 800 meter, 1600 meter and 4x400 relay (anchor leg)…school record holder in 4x800 relay (8:02.11, 1:56 anchor leg split…personal best in the 800 meter (1:55.49)…1600 meter (4:24)...personal best 50.11 4x400 split…All County in 1600 as a sophomore and junior…All-County in the 4x400 as a junior and senior year…two-year letterwinner for soccer…senior captain…team was a New Jersey State runner-up…also played volleyball.

Majoring in Health Science… hobbies include sports, video games and music…son of Diane Long, younger brothers Kyle and Nicholas.
