2016-17
- In his first collegiate race, he ran a 17:40.4 in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
- Ran a PR 27:08.8 in the 8k at Lehigh's Paul Short Run.
- During the outdoor season, he ran a season-best 4:18.71 in the 1500 at the Chester Quarry Classic.
BEFORE RIDER
Three-year letter winner for both cross country and track and field, running the 800 and the mile at Randolph High School…named Senior of the Year…best time of 2:01 in the 800, 4:30 in the mile and 17:05 in the 5k for cross country…academic honors for Marketing.
PERSONAL
Majoring in business…hobbies include swimming, running, music and hanging with friends…son of Michael and LouAnn Cassano…mom graduated from Rider in 1985 with a degree in Accounting…older sister, Julia, younger sister, Emma.
