Accounting major…has run the 1500m outdoor in 4:12.84, the 3,000m indoor in 9:02.99, the 5,000m outdoor in 15:46.79 and the 3,000m steeplechase in 9:53.55…as a sophomore placed 100th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships…during the Indoor Track season placed second in the 3,000m at Monmouth and fourth in the steeplechase at the VCU Invitational…during the Outdoor season was sixth in the 5,00m at the Rider Invitational, sixth in the steeplechase at Loyola, 11th in the steeplechase at the MAAC Championships and placed 19th in the MAAC 5,000m...as a Rider rookie finished 102nd at the MAAC Cross Country Championships in the 8k with a time of 28:27.3…during the 2013 outdoor track season ran personal-best 1500 of 4:12.84 at the TCNJ Invitational…ran the 3000m steeple chase in 10:09.48 at the MAAC Championship, helping Rider to the team title…twin brother Sam also runs cross country and track at Rider.
