At Rider:
Human Resource Management/Health Care Management dual major…Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree.
2015-16
· Ran 26:33.4 at the 2015 MAAC XC Championships.
· Second at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships in the 1000 with a Rider record of 2:24.51 to earn All-East honors.
· Won the mile at the TCNJ Indoor Dual with a PR of 4:21.21.
· At the Spartan Indoor Regional helped the 4x8 relay win with a time of 7:41.98.
· At the Penn Outdoor Challenge, ran a PR in the 1500 (3:55.21).
· At the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships won the 800 (1:50.42) and helped the 4x8 relay to MAAC gold (7:46.85).
· Earned All-East at the IC4A Outdoor Championships with a second place finish in the 800 (1:51.64).
· Helped the 4x8 relay earn All-East at IC4As with a second place finish (7:40.58).
· Rider Athlete of the Month for May, 2016.
2014-15
· Placed second in 800 (1:50.53) and ran on the third place 4 x 400 relay (3:17.81) at MAAC Indoor Championships.
· Won the 1000 at the Princeton New Year Invitational (2:32.20).
· Won the 800 at the Army Indoor 5-Way (1:54.77).
· Helped the 4x4 relay to a win at the TCNJ Indoor dual (3:27.22).
· Earned All-East with a seventh place finish in the 800 at the Indoor IC4As (1:52.16).
· Helped the 4x4 relay to a third place finish at the 2015 MAAC Outdoor Championships (3:19.87).
· Led the 4x8 relay to a second place finish at the Outdoor IC4As to earn All-East honors (7:29.33).
2013-14
· As a rookie placed 40th (31:24) at the Monmouth XC Invitational.
· Placed 72nd (28:34) at the Princeton Invitational XC Open.
· Was 76th (32:39.14) at Van Cortlandt Park in the Fordham XC Fiasco.
· Sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.59) at the 2013-14 MAAC Indoor Championships.
· Helped the 4 x 800 relay place fourth at the 2014 MAAC Outdoor Championships.
At Abraham Clark High School:
Track and Field letterwinner…ran the 800m, 4x400 and the 1,600m…named to the All-Union County Second Team for the 800m and the 4x400…Union County 2013 Indoor 800m champion…New Jersey Group I Central Jersey 800m champion…ran a personal best 1:58 in the 800m…ran a personal best 50.2 as the first leg of the 4x400…as of May, 2013, was ranked first in New Jersey as a sprinter and ranked third in the United States…three-year letterwinner in soccer, playing right mid.
