2017-18
- Came in 72nd in the 1500 at the 2018 Lions Invitational.

2016-17
- Ran a season-best 27:18.4 in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.
- Competed in the 1500 during the outdoor campaign, running a season-best 4:22.19 at the Widener Invitational.

2015-16
- Ran the 5k at the TCNJ XC Invite in a time of 16:53.
- Ran 26:56 at Lehigh’s Paul Short XC 8k race.
- Finished the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference XC Championships with a time of 27:13.5.
- During the outdoor season ran a 1500 PR at the 2016 MAAC Championships (4:19.21).

Before Rider
Ran cross country and track at Valley View High School… All-State honoree in cross country, three-time District II medalist and two-time state qualifier…placed 18th in states as a senior after a 36th place finish as a junior…personal best in the 5k (15:52)…ran the 800 meter, 1600 meter and 3200 meter as well as a the 4x800 for track.

Personal
Double majoring in business administration and sports management… hobbies include running and biking…son of Jason and Kim Heid…younger brother Matthew, younger sister Karley.
