- Ran a 27:07.5 in the 2016 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.
- Ran a PR 16:27.2 and finished 24th in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.

2015-16
- Ran 26:07.6 at the 2015 MAAC Cross Country Championships finishing 93rd.
- Ran 4:31.85 in the mile at the TCNJ Indoor dual.
- Top time of 1:57.87 in the 800 meter at the TCNJ Outdoor Invitational.
- Helped the 4x8 relay win MAAC gold at the 2016 Outdoor Championships with a time of 7:46.85.

2014-15
- Ran 16:50 in the 5k during the cross country in the TCNJ dual to open his collegiate career.
- Ran 28:09.90 at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships in the 8k as a freshman.
- Ran the mile in a personal best 4:27.46 at Boston’s John Terrier Indoor.
- Ran the DMR in 10:06.50 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships.
- Ran the 1500 in 4:03.85 at the 2015 MAAC Outdoor Championships.

Before Rider
Four-year letter winner for track and field, competing in the distance events at Egg Harbor Township High School…school record holder in the 4x8 relay and distance medley relay (DMR)…two-year letter winner for cross country…qualified as an individual for the New Jersey State meet and was invited to compete at the Nike Invitational in New York.

Majoring in criminal justice…hobbies include music…son of Dave and Brenda Paduani, younger sisters Lauren and Rachel, younger brother Mike.
