2016-17

• XC PR of 33:11.5 in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.
• As a senior, ran a 26:44.8 at the 2016 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.

2015-16

• At the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country championships, ran 25:22.6 in the 8k.
• At the Cross Country IC4A/ECAC Championships, ran 28:04.5.
• PR of 8:57.66 in the 3000 at the TCNJ Indoor dual meet.
• Placed fifth in the 3000 at the Rutgers Indoor Invitational with a time of 9:08.19.

2014-15

• Ran 27:32.80 at the 2014 MAAC Cross Country Championships.
• Was seventh in the 3000 at the TCNJ Indoor dual meet with a time of 9:05.16.
• Finished ninth in the 3000 with a time of 9:32.12 at the Army 5-Way meet.
• Ran a PR of 4:36.98 in the indoor mile at Boston’s John Terrier Invitational.
• Ran a PR 32:46.63 in the 10000 at the 2015 MAAC Outdoor Championships.
• Ran a PR of 4:12.62 in the 1500 at the TCNJ Lion’s Outdoor Invite.
• PR 15:32.64 and placed third in the 5000 at the Greyhound Outdoor Invitational.

2013-14

• Ran a 16:34 in his first collegiate cross country 5k race, against TCNJ and Saint Joseph’s.
• Ran 9:05.12 in the 3000 at the 2013-14 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• Had a time of 9:22.77 and placed sixth in the 3000 at the Monmouth Indoor Collegiate Open.

At Caravel Academy:
Four year letterwinner for track and field and two year letterwinner for cross country…competed in the 1600 and 3200m in track and the 5k in cross country…named to the New Castle All-County team…named Second Team All-State…personal best 4:31 in the 1600, 9:51 in the 3200 and 16:10 in the 5000…National Honors Society member for four years…presented the Student Athlete Performance Award for four years…hobbies include running…plays the guitar…son of Dave and Patti Szwetkowski, older brother Kyle.
