2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic.
- Came in 40th at the IC4A Cross Country Championships.
2016-17
- Ran a PR 17:03.7 in the 5k in Rider's dual vs. TCNJ.
2015-16
- Ran 27:53.50 at 2015 Lehigh Paul Short Cross Country race.
- During the 2015-16 indoor season, ran the 3000 meter in 9:53.36 at the TCNJ dual.
2014-15
- Ran 28:33.50 at the 2014 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships.
- Ran a season-best 4:48.19 in the 1500 meter at the 2015 Outdoor Greyhound Invitational.
Before Rider
Four-year varsity letter winner for cross country at Washington Township High School… team won the 2012 sectional championship…four-year letterwinner for track, competing in the distance events…best mile time was 4:32.
