At Rider:
Elementary Education/Psychology major...appeared in 27 games as a Rider rookie, making 19 starts behind the plate...threw out four runners attempting to steal...had two hits including a double in a game at Winthrop...had two hits, scored two runs and drove in a run in a win over Longwood...transferred to Rider from Dean College.

At Valley Stream North High School:
Earned All-County honors...plays the piano...brother Evan Garcia '05 pitched for Rider.
