2015-16
·        Ran 4:13.87 in the Rider Invite during the outdoor season.
2014-15
·        Ran the mile in the TCNJ Dual during the indoor season in 4:27.63, finishing fifth.
·        Ran the 3000m in 8:49.02 at the Boston Terrier Invitational.
2013-14
·        Earned All-MAAC honors in cross country, placing 12th at the conference championships with a 26:19.6 clocking on the 8k course.
·        First collegiate race was a 15:57 clocking to finish seventh in the 5K race with TCNJ and Saint Joseph’s.
·        Was second among Broncs, 174th overall (25:55.2) at Lehigh’s Paul Short.
·        Placed 61st at the Mid-Atlantic Regional, covering Lehigh’s 10,000m course in 31:40.1.
·        Placed third in the Greyhound Invitational with a PR in the 5,000m (15:10.97).
·        During the Outdoor Track season placed fourth in the MAAC 10,000m with a PR of 32:03.43.
At Absegami High School:
Three-time varsity letterwinner…named First Team All-Conference in 2011 and 2012…named to the First Team by the Press of Atlantic City in 2012…ran 15:24 at the Conference Championship…named Most Valuable Player of Indoor Track and Field team in 2013…finished second at the South Jersey Group IV Championship in the 1600m and 3200m…was the Atlantic County Champion in the 3200m, Cape-Atlantic League Champion in the 3200m and was named First Team All-Conference in 2013…hobbies include basketball, baseball and bowling.
