Psychology major…has run the 1500m outdoor in 4:59.82, the 3,000m outdoor in 10:48.82, the 5,000m outdoor in 17:50.71 and the 10,000m outdoor in 36:41.36…last year earned All-MAAC honors in cross country, finishing the Championship race second among Broncs and ninth overall…placed 12th overall at Lehigh’s Paul Short run, covering the 6k course in 22:23…placed 79th at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross County Championships, covering the 6k in 21:48.2…placed second in the 5,000m and fourth in the 3,000m at the 2015 MAAC Indoor Championships...last spring won the MAAC 10,000m. race...placed seventh in the 5,000m at the 2014 MAAC Indoor Championships…placed second in the 10,000m at the 2014 MAAC Outdoor Championships and also placed fifth in the MAAC 5,000m…won the 5,000m to start the 2014 Outdoor season at the VCU Invitational…placed second in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays...as a Rider rookie placed fifth among Rider runners and 24th overall at the MAAC Cross Country Championships...placed 18th of 40 overall in the 2012 Fordham Fiasco...placed 225th of 360 at the Paul Short...fourth Bronc and 103rd of 219 overall at the Princeton Invitational...the fifth Bronc to finish the 2012 NCAA Regional, finishing 138th of 215…ran the 3000m during the 2012-13 indoor season with a time of 11:40.26 at the TCNJ/Rider Dual…during the 2013 outdoor season ran the 1500m in 4:59.82 at the TCNJ Invitational, ran the 3000m in 10:48.82 at the Lafayette 7-Way, ran the 5000m in 18:37.83 at the Greyhound Invitational and ran the 10000m in 40:33.34 at the MAAC Championships as Rider won the team title.
