2016-17
- Set a new PR during the indoor season in the shot put with a toss of 11.06m (36’3.5”) at the Monmouth Indoor Season Opener.
- Threw a season-best 11.98m (39’3.75”) in the weight throw in a dual meet versus TCNJ.
- Posted the fourth-best outdoor mark in the Javelin in program history with a toss of 124’8” (38.00m).
- Finished eighth in the Javelin at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
Before Rider
Three-year letter winner for indoor and outdoor track & field at Vineland High School…was a Cumberland County Champion thrower and First-Team All-State…won the Buena Relays and West Deptford Relays as well as taking fourth place in Sectionals and the Woodbury Relays…career-bests include 141' in the javelin and 96' in the discus…four-year letter winner in field hockey as a defensive back…member of National Honor Society.
