2019-20
- MAAC All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll recipient
- Named the MAAC Women's Field Performer of the Week once.
- ECAC Qualifier in both the high jump and 4x400 meter relay
- Earned All-East with a seventh-place finish in the high jump (1.65m) at ECAC’s
- Won gold in the high jump (1.65m) and silver in the 4x400 meter relay (3:52.45) at MAAC Indoor Championships
- Set a new PR in the high jump (1.70m) to finish second at the UAlbany Winter Classic
- Finished first with the 4x400 meter relay team (3:58.86) and finished sixth in the high jump (1.55m) at the NYC Gotham Cup
- Took first with the 4x400 meter relay team (4:00.84) at the Spartan Invite, while also finishing fourth in the 400 (1:01.08)
- Finished second in the high jump (1.65m) and third in the 4x400 meter relay (3:55.43) at the Fastrack Season Opener

2018-19
- Was an ECAC individual qualifier in the high jump during the outdoor season.
- Earned All-East honors in the high jump thanks to an eighth-place finish at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x400 relay that finished 10th at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
- Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles at the MAAC Outdoor Championships with a collegiate-best time of 1:03.82.
- Won a gold medal at the MAAC Outdoor Championships in the high jump with a college-best mark of 1.70m.
- Part of the 4x400 relay that earned a bronze medal at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Ran a college-best time of 59.23 in the 400 at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x400 relay that earned a bronze medal at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Won a silver medal in the high jump at the MAAC Indoor Championships. 

2017-18
- Part of the 4x400 relay that won gold at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Finished fifth in the high jump at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Ran a college-best time of 1:01.14 in the 400 in the prelims of the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Part of the 4x400 relay that came in fourth at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Finished sixth in the high jump at the MAAC Indoor Championships. 

2016-17
- Ran her top time of the indoor season in the 400 (1:01.14) at the NYC Gotham Cup.
- Finished eighth in the high jump at the 1.60m (5’3”) at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
- Has the ninth-best indoor high jump mark (5’5”) in program history.
- Has the eight-best outdoor high jump mark (5’5”) in program history.
- Won the high jump at the Chester Quarry Classic.
- Was part of the 4x400 relay quartet that finished fifth at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Finished third to earn bronze in the high jump at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.

Before Rider
Four-year letter winner for indoor and outdoor track at Lower Cape May High School…Competed as a high jumper, hurdler, and sprinter…2015 Indoor State Champion in the High Jump at 5'4…2015 & 2016 Rowan University High School Girls Elite Pentathlon Champion, 2015 & 2016 CAL high jump champion, 2014, '15, and '16 Sectionals high jump champion…finished 7th at the high jump at the Meet of Champions…career-bests in outdoor events include 5'6 in the high jump, 0:59.5 in the 400m, 1:05.2 in the 400 hurdles, 2:22.7 in the 800m, and 16'2 in the long jump…2016 All-South Jersey High Jump CAL Joe Clements Award…First-team CAL in cross country as a junior.
