2018-19
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Finished second in the 200 free in a dual meet with Bryant.
- Her top time on the year in 100 free (54.02) came in the prelims at the MAAC Championships.

2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Part of the 800 free relay that finished sixth at the MAAC Championships.
- Won the 200 free in a dual meet against Monmouth.
- Finished second in the 100 free in a dual meet with Bryant at Harvard.

2016-17
- Swam her fastest time of the season in the 50 free (25.19) at the MAAC Championships as Rider finished in second-place overall for the second year in a row.
- Also had her top times of the year in the 100 free (54.83) and 200 free (1:59.13) at the MAAC Championships.
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

BEFORE RIDER
Attended Notre Dame High School…Four-year letter winner for swimming, competing in the sprint freestyle (50, 100 and 200)…two-time team Most Outstanding Performer and also named Most Improved for her career…top times of 56.4 seconds in yards the 100 freestyle in the first round of New Jersey State Meet, 2:04:08 (200) yards in the USA swimming Silver Champion Meet, 26.3 seconds (50) yards in the first round of New Jersey State meet, all in the winter 2015…academic honor roll in the spring of 2015.

PERSONAL
Majoring in accounting…hobbies include tennis…plays the flute…daughter of Vincent Rheel, Janice Rheel, older sister Whitney…swims for the Hamilton Aquatic Club…has a summer job as a lifeguard.
