2018-19
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Finished 16th in the discus throw at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.
- Posted a collegiate-best mark of 11.82m in the weight throw at the Spartan Invitational.

2017-18
- Posted a collegiate-best throw of 33.60m in the discus throw at the TCNJ Invite.
- Recorded his best toss in the shot put (11.71m) in a dual meet versus TCNJ.

BEFORE RIDER
Was  a three-year member of the varsity track and field team at Council Rock HS North...TFCA of GP Meet of Champions qualifier in the shot put...was a two-year captain...won the team's Captains' Award as a senior. 

PERSONAL
Son of David and Caroline Gromlich...majoring in Management and Business Analytics...named a Rider Trustee Scholar...member of the National Honor Society...FBLA Chapter Vice President...has two brothers and one sister...has a twin brother (Nolan)...plays the piano.
