2018-19
- Part of the 200 medley relay that won a silver medal at the MAAC Championships.
- Finished fifth in the 100 breast with a time of 56.36 at the MAAC Championships.
- Came in ninth-place in the 200 breast with a time of 2:04.42 at the MAAC Championships.
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team. 

2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
- Finished seventh in the 200 breast at the MAAC Championships.
- Earned a silver medal thanks to a second-place finish as part of the 400 medley relay at the MAAC Championships.
- Came in seventh in the 100 breast at the MAAC Championships.
- Finished 12th in the 200 individual medley at the MAAC Championships.
- Won gold and set a new MAAC record as part of the 200 medley relay at the MAAC Championships. 

2016-17
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2015-16
- As a Rider rookie, was fourth in the 100 breast (56.74), fifth in the 200 IM (1:52.64) and fifth in the 200 breast (2:04.06) as Rider won the 2016 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championships for the fifth season in a row.

Attended Emmaus High School…Four-year letterwinner for swimming, competing in the breaststroke and IM…2015 Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Swimmer of the Year…district record in the 200 IM…team MVP…high school records in the 100 breaststroke and 200 IM…2015 All-American Distinction in 100 Breaststroke…in 2015 placed fifth in the 100 breast at the PIAA State meet and was eighth in the 200 IM…NISCA Junior National Qualifier in 100 and 200 breaststroke and 200 IM…Speedo 2014 LC Junior National Qualifier in 200 breaststroke.

PERSONAL
Majoring in Global Supply Chain Management major with a minor in Chinese…son of Mark and Michele Paules…older brother Evan is a Rider swim grad (Class of 2016)…father swam at Clarion University…also swims for the Emmaus Aquatic Club…plays the clarinet.
