At Rider:
Finance and Economics double major...Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree...as a junior at the 2010 Eastern College Athletic Conference championships, was sixth in the one-meter dive (238.15) and seventh in the three-meter dive (198.40) to help the team finish third...placed fifth in the one-meter dive (270.10) and sixth in the three-meter dive (275.80) at the 2010 MAAC championships to help the team finish second...as a sophomore, was sixth in the one-meter dive (249.20) and ninth in the three-meter (361.60) at the 2009 MAAC championships...at the 2009 ECAC championships, placed sixth in the one-meter dive (245.95) and placed seventh in the three-meter dive (189.35)...as a rookie, placed second in the three-meter dive (192.60) and fourth in the one-meter (174.40) in Rider's dual against Seton Hall from the Big East...was fifth in both the one-meter (159.83) and three-meter (156.82) in a dual meet against UMBC...at the 2008 MAAC championships, was 11th on both the one-meter and three-meter boards.

At Sayville High School:
All-County and All-State honoree...also earned All-League honors and placed second in the county and 16th in the state...played two years of varsity soccer...a member of the Honor Society and Vice-President of Tri-M...Personal: son of Bernard and Denise Smallwood.
