2018-19
- Part of the 200 medley relay that won a silver medal at the MAAC Championships.
- Part of the 800 free relay that won a bronze medal at the MAAC Championships.
- Finished ninth in the 100 fly at the MAAC Championships with a time of 57.91.
- Earned a bronze medal with a time of 56.05 in the 100 back at the MAAC Championships.
- Came in ninth-place in the 200 back at the MAAC Championships.
- Part of the 400 free relay that came in fourth at the MAAC Championships.
2017-18
- Won a gold medal with a first-place finish in the 100 back with a time of 57.07 at the MAAC Championships.
- Finished seventh in the 200 back at the MAAC Championships.
- Part of the 400 medley relay that finished fifth at the MAAC Championships.
- Part of the 200 medley relay that came in second at the MAAC Championships.
- Part of the 800 free relay that finished sixth at the MAAC Championships.
2016-17
- Recorded six top-10 finishes at the MAAC Championships to help propel Rider to a second-place overall finish for the second year in a row.
- Was part of both the 200 and 400 medley relay that took home gold at the MAAC Championships.
- She was also part of the 800 free relay that placed fourth at the event.
- Individually, she came in second in the 100 back, eighth in the 200 back and 10th in the 100 fly.
2015-16
- Recorded seven top-nine finishes at the MAAC Championships as Rider finished in second-place overall.
- Was part of the 200 medley relay that won gold, the 400 medley relay that earned a silver, the 800 free relay that placed fifth and the 400 free relay that came in fifth at the MAAC Championships.
- Individually, she won the 100 back with a time of 56.17 at the MAAC Championships. The time was the second-fastest in the event in Rider history.
- She also had a fourth-place finish in the 200 back and a ninth-place results in the 100 fly.
- Swam the sixth-fastest time in the 200 back (2:04.51) in program history at the Big Al Open.
BEFORE RIDER
Attended Monroe-Woodbury High School…Six years on the swim team, competing in the back and fly…three-time All-American…three-time team captain…earned Most Improved Performer, was named a team MVP…was named Outstanding Freshman Female Athlete…two-time Varsity845 Athlete of the Year and earned Varsity845 Swimmer of the Year honors…team won the sectional title three years in a row…scholar athlete.

Dual major in Pre Law and Criminal Justice…daughter of Peter and Carman Stalnaker, older sister Shelby.
