Biography
2017-18
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
-Finished second in the 100 fly and third in the 100 free in a dual meet against Monmouth.
- Came in third in the 200 individual medley in a dual meet with Bryant at Harvand.
- Won the 200 individual medley in a dual meet against Siena.Â
2016-17
- Finished 13th in the 200 individual medley at the MAAC Championships as Rider ended up second-place overall for the second year in a row.Â
- Swam a season-best 54.68 in the 100 free at the MAAC Championships.
- Swam a season-best 1:01.26 in the 100 fly at the Brown Invitational.
2015-16
- Finished 13th in the 100 breast at the MAAC Championships to help Rider end up in second-place overall.
- Also added a 16th-place finish in the 100 free at the MAAC Championships.
2014-15
- As a freshman swam her best 100 fly (1:01.18), 200 fly (2:18.28) and 200 IM (2:16.64) at the Brown University Invitational.
BEFORE RIDER
Attended Wallenpaupack High School…Four-year letterwinner, swimming the IM, breast and fly…two-time PIAA District 2-4 district and regional champion and was a two-time state championship qualifier…four-time All-Region selection for the Scranton Times Tribune and was named her high school’s outstanding female swimmer four times…swam for the Pocono Family YMCA and was a four-time Eastern Zone qualifier…two-time YMCA short course National qualifier and was a 2012 Mid-Atlantic Junior Olympic champion…two-years on the National Society of High School Scholars.
PERSONAL
Majoring in Biology…daughter of Raymond and Lynne Vanderhoof...is one of a triplet with brother Brendan and sister Kaela.
