Biography

At Rider:
Business Administration major…two-time NCAA qualifier and two-time EWL Champion (174 in 2015, 197 last year)…placed fourth at the University Freestyle Nationals to earn Freestyle All-American honors last summer…won 30 matches for Rider last year including 6-0 in EWL duals…won three matches at Nationals last season…placed eighth at Midlands and runner-up at Keystone Classic last year…was third at Keystone the year before…during the 2014-15 season missed a month due to injuries but still won 15 matches…red-shirted the 2013-14 season and while wrestling unattached won five of seven matches…went 3-1 at the Hokie Open...as a freshman was named to the 2012-13 Amateur Wrestling News National All-Rookie team…was ranked the fourth best 184 freshmen in the nation in 2013…was expected to red-shirt the 2012-13 season but was pressed into service due to injuries on the Rider squad…won 23 matches as a freshman…placed runner-up at the 2013 CAA Championships…won six of his final seven dual meets, the lone loss coming to undefeated national Champion Ed Ruth of Penn State…won three of five bouts at the 2012-13 Binghamton Open to begin his college career.

At Caravel Academy:
The 2012 Delaware State Champion and was a two-time State Finalist...two-time team captain...was the Beast of the East Champion....ranked 12th in the nation last year...Delaware Wrestler of the Year last year...173 wins is second all-time in Delaware Scholastic wrestling...was 48-1 in 2011-12...led his team to the State Title.
