2018-19:
- Posted a 6-11 singles record, including a 5-7 mark at the top flight in dual matches
- Paired with Angelica Garcia to go 9-4 at No. 1 doubles
- Won at both singles and doubles in all four of Rider’s match victories on the year
2017-18:
- Played at the top two singles flights all season
-Â Also won a pair of doubles matches with Vanessa Canda, including one at the top flight in a dual match
2016-17:
- Led Broncs with six singles wins as a Rider rookie, all at second singles.
-Â Won first career match by double-bagelling opponent from Saint Francis Brooklyn.
-Â Had two three-match win streaks during her fall campaign.
-Â Finished MAAC schedule with comeback victory against Fairfield.
-Â Won five doubles matches at first doubles with Vanessa Canda, including three in a row against Monmouth, Saint Francis Brooklyn, and Wagner.
Colegio La Merced High School:
Played number one singles…member of the USTA Junior Leadership Team…took first place in the Junior Olympics in the singles Caribbean Section and also took first place in the doubles competition…National Honor Society…daughter of Javier Melendez Rivera, siblings Javier Melendez Munoz and Vannelie Ann Melendez Munoz…hobbies include movies, music and going to the beach.
