LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — Rider Athletics today announced its home broadcast schedule for its four fall sports programs competing on the Lawrenceville campus. Each team will have two contests streamed on BroncVision, with the remaining to be aired on ESPN+.
Women's Soccer's home opener against Temple on August 27 will be the first broadcast of the season streamed on ESPN+. Four of the program's six conference home matches will also be broadcast on ESPN+, including September 12 against Siena, September 23 against Mount St. Mary's, October 3 against Iona, and its regular season finale on October 31 against Niagara. Matches against Quinnipiac on October 17 and Sacred Heart on October 21 will be streamed on BroncVision.
Men's Soccer will quickly follow with its home opener against Howard on August 28, which will be the first of six home ESPN+ broadcasts for the program this season. The remaining five include September 4 against NJIT, September 19 against Quinnipiac, October 3 against Niagara, October 14 against Mount St. Mary's, and Senior Day on November 4 against Saint Peter's. Home contests against Saint Joseph's on September 8 and Marist on October 24 will be streamed to BroncVision.
Fresh off a trip to the conference Championship Final, Rider Volleyball will feature seven total matches on ESPN+ this season. The first weekend of the program's home slate – featuring Marist and a First Round rematch against Siena – will be streamed to ESPN+. Matches against Canisius and Niagara the following weekend will be streamed to BroncVision. The remainder of the Broncs' home matches will be broadcast on ESPN+, including October 16 against Iona, October 17 against Manhattan, October 27 against Saint Peter's, a Championship Final rematch on November 6 against Fairfield, and November 7 against Sacred Heart.
Field Hockey's home opener against Georgetown on September 20 will be the first streamed to ESPN+ of the season, with the next three home matches – October 2 against Merrimack, October 9 against Mercyhurst, and October 11 against Davidson – being streamed to ESPN+ as well. Its remaining two home matches – October 16 against Wagner and October 18 against Sacred Heart – will be streamed to BroncVision.
In the event that men's soccer, women's soccer, or volleyball qualifies for the Metro Championship, all matches – both home and away – will be streamed live to ESPN+.
All home broadcasts will be produced, directed, and filmed by the BroncVision production crew.
