URBANA, MD. — Men's Golf wrapped up Sunday with an 11th place finish at The Carpetbagger Classic.
The team finished +37, as they were +22 through Round 1 and +15 after Round 2. Sebastian Pell (+5) led the way for the Broncs, adding two birdies in Round 2 after recording three yesterday to finish 30th. Andrew Bilson (+10) placed right outside of the top 60 as he finished the event with three birdies of his own. Riley Richards (+13) finished Round 2 with five birdies, four of which coming in the back 9. Ryan Jones (+13) was able to salvage his trip to Maryland with a 73 (+1) on day two of the event after finishing Saturday with an 84 (+12). Both Richards and Jones placed right inside the top 75 of all golfers.
The Broncs will be back in action on Friday, as they will compete at the two-day Battle at Rum Pointe in Berlin, MD.
