Men's Golf 10th After Two Rounds at Columbia Autumn Invitational

Bilson, Tallinder Both Under Par Through Two Rounds

LAKE PLACID, NY – Andrew Bilson (Lititz, PA/Manheim Township) and Nathan Tallinder (Madison, NJ/Madison [Hartford]) are both under par and the Rider University men's golf team sits 10th out of 13 teams through two rounds (580, +12) at the Columbia Autumn Invite Saturday at Lake Placid Club Links. Bilson shot 68-71-139 (-3) and is 10th individually, while Tallinder shot 70-70-140 (-2, 14th).

Jacob Delaney (Stockton, CA/Saint Mary's) was next at 76-73-149 (+7, 56th), while Riley Richards (East Montpelier, VT/U-32 [Franklin Pierce]) and Luke Canino (Washington Township, NJ/Washington Township) each shot 156 (+14, 73rd), with Richards carding a 79 and 77 and Canino going 81-75.


NOTES
- Colgate leads the team leaderboard at 553 (-15), three strokes ahead of host Columbia (556, -12).
- Niagara (561, -7, 4th) and Manhattan (571, +3, 7th) are also representing the MAAC at the tournament.
- Dartmouth's Luke Harper and Colgate's Alex Hill lead the individual leaderboard at six under (136).
- Bilson carded 10 birdies over his two rounds, while Tallinder had eight birdies.
- Canino was next on the team with five birdies.
