QUOTES & NOTES
"I am really pleased with how the team handled themselves to open up the year. Since this was our first competition and most of the guys had no prior experience on this course, I think we came out a little tight the first day and that led to some unforced errors, but I was thrilled with how we shook that off and bounced back today. I was particularly impressed with the contributions made by our two freshman,
Sebastian Pell and
Luke Canino. Sebastian showed incredible poise for a freshman on his way to a team-best 14 place overall finish and Luke used a tough first day to grown as player and turn things around to ultimately play a major role in our jump up the leaderboard today. Overall, there were a lot of encouraging signs that we are heading in the right direction." -
