LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider University men's golf student-athlete
Joey Lostumbo (Flemington, NJ/Hunterdon Central) has been honored with College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District, the organization today announced. The honor is the second in Lostumbo's time at Rider.
All honorees possess a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and reach sophomore status academically and athletically. A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA. Eligible nominees must compete in 70 percent of the institution's team scoring events OR in the lineup at the conference championship tournament.
The 2025 Academic All-District® At Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
